In Plymouth we use the ICON message to help families cope with a crying baby and it’s ICON awareness week starting today. ICON stands for I – Infant Crying is Normal, C – Comforting Methods Can Help, O – It’s OK to Walk Away, N – Never Ever Shake a Baby.
