Providing support for children and families from antenatal to 19 years, 25 for Young People with SEND
CHILDREN’S SERVICES MANAGER
Responsible for the management of the seven Barnardo’s Family Hubs, Positive Connectors Service, Rees and Efford Wellbeing Hubs.
TRIAGE MANAGER
Responsible for all outreach referrals made to the Family Hubs. The Family Hub Triage team also sit within the MASH two days a week.
TEAM MANAGER CLUSTER 1
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Rees and Nomony Family Hubs also cover Plymstock, Greenbank and the East End. This includes group / service delivery and oversight of allocated outreach work. Lead areas across the city – Infant Feeding and support for families living in temporary Housing.
TEAM MANAGER CLUSTER 4
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Four Woods and the Barn Family Hubs also cover Honicknowle, St Budeaux and Ernesettle. This includes group / service delivery and oversight of allocated outreach work. Lead areas across the city – IAPT, Perinatal mental health and domestic abuse support.
TEAM MANAGER CLUSTER 5
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Efford Family Hub and High View ~Children’s Centre, these centres also cover Lipson, Laira and Deer Park . This includes group / service delivery and oversight of allocated outreach work. Lead area across the city – Home Learning and SEND including PEEP
TEAM MANAGER CLUSTER 6
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Southway and Four Greens Family Hubs and Plymbridge Children’s Centre. This includes group / service delivery and oversight of allocated outreach work. Lead area across the city – parenting support.
