Rapid Reviews and Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews (CSPR) are conducted by the Partnership if a serious safeguarding incident occurs. When there is a serious incident which does not meet the criteria for a CSPR to be undertaken, the Partnership may also undertake a Learning from Experience Review to identify learning and implement changes across the system.
