Course Description and Outcomes
Supervision or supporting staff working with safeguarding and child protection issues is central to ensure children and families are receiving the right help at the right time. Good, reflective, restorative support for staff helps keep workers and teams refuelled to do their jobs. This course provides a model of supervision and staff support that can be applied in a range of settings and in different contexts i.e. in conversations, team meetings, structured supervision or support sessions. Participants will explore the latest case learning regarding supervision and improve their skills in modelling and delivering reflective and restorative support.
